Kaya controlled the match from the opening whistle and broke the deadlock in the 23rd minute. Cadag beat her marker before finding Inday Tolentin inside the box, who calmly picked out an unmarked Jysabella Tolentino in the middle. Tolentino made no mistake with the finish to give Kaya the lead.
Kaya doubled their advantage five minutes later. Alex Carpio slipped a clever through ball down the left flank to Tolentino, who showed composure inside the box before unselfishly setting up Joyce Onrubia for a simple finish in the 28th minute.

DLSU came close to pulling one back in the 36th minute after Tanjangco won possession from Cadag and quickly found Danoso. The forward switched play to Alforque on the wing, who beat Fontamillas and delivered a dangerous cross, but no DLSU player was able to get on the end of it.
Kaya continued its dominance after halftime and extended its lead in the 51st minute. Inday Tolentin played a perfectly timed pass through the middle for Jysabella Tolentino, who raced through on goal. Despite DLSU goalkeeper Pido rushing out to challenge, Tolentino’s effort had too much power and found the back of the net.

Onrubia added her second goal of the match three minutes later. After winning possession, she drove forward before finding Inday Tolentin, who delivered a lofted pass into the crowded penalty area. Tolentino found Onrubia unmarked in the middle, and powers a header to make it 4-0.
Kaya continued to pile on the pressure in the final stages. In the 70th minute, Mendano’s initial effort was blocked, but Tolentin collected the rebound and fired a stunning strike from the edge of the box into the top corner to extend the lead.
Kaya added another three minutes later. Rodriguez delivered the ball to Altiche on the left flank, and she calmly fired past Pido, who had come off her line, to make it 6-0.
Kaya completed the rout in the 85th minute through Saki Yoshida. A well-delivered corner found Yoshida rising above the DLSU defense, and the defender confidently headed the ball into the net to cap a commanding performance.
Kaya’s relentless attack and clinical finishing proved too much for DLSU as the Iloilo side secured a convincing 7-0 victory.
